研究目的：

本项目旨在系统探讨微生物群-肠-脑轴在甲状腺功能减退症（甲减）合并抑郁症中的作用机制，探索甲减合并抑郁症的新型诊断标志物和治疗靶点，识别与该病相关的特异性肠道菌群及代谢物，验证该特异性群体在甲减合并抑郁症的治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to systematically investigate the mechanisms underlying the microbiota-gut-brain axis in hypothyroidism complicated by depression, to identify novel diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for this condition, to characterise the specific gut microbiota and metabolites associated with the disease, and to validate the therapeutic potential of these specific microbial communities in the treatment of hypothyroidism complicated by depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 双相情感障碍、精神分裂症或其他精神障碍的终生病史； 2. 患有诊断性疾病（例如，慢性炎性病症、糖尿病、心血管疾病或癌症）； 3. 酗酒、滥用药物或急性中毒； 4. 当前怀孕或哺乳； 5. 报告采样前1个月内饮食习惯或抗生素使用史的变化。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A lifelong history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or other mental disorders; 2. A history of diagnosed medical conditions (e.g. chronic inflammatory conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular disease or cancer); 3. Alcohol abuse, substance abuse or acute intoxication; 4. Current pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. Reported changes in dietary habits or antibiotic use within one month prior to sampling.
