研究目的：

比较术中限制性液体管理方案与开放性液体管理方案对TBI患者术后早期颅内压及颅内高压发生率的影响。分析术中液体管理对术后神经功能转归及患者预后的作用，并依据术前基线特征（年龄、入院GCS评分、CT分型等）进行亚组分析，以识别不同液体管理策略的最大获益人群及高风险人群。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of intraoperative restrictive fluid management versus liberal fluid management strategies on early postoperative intracranial pressure (ICP) and the incidence of intracranial hypertension in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Analyze the impact of intraoperative fluid management on postoperative neurological outcomes and overall patient prognosis, and perform subgroup analyses based on preoperative baseline characteristics (e.g., age, admission Glasgow Coma Scale score, CT classification) to identify patient subpopulations deriving the greatest benefit or facing highest risk from each fluid management strategy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前脑疝致呼吸心跳骤停；
2.术前严重休克未纠正（MAP<65mmHg，>1小时且乳酸>4mmol/L）；
3.既往颅脑手术史；
4.合并严重脑血管畸形；
5.术中死亡；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative brain herniation leading to respiratory and cardiac arrest;
2.Severe preoperative shock uncorrected (mean arterial pressure <65 mmHg for >1 hour and lactate >4 mmol/L;
3.History of prior craniocerebral surgery;
4.Concomitant severe cerebrovascular malformation;
5.Intraoperative death;
