研究目的：

骨质疏松症合并衰弱患者的术后康复治疗现状尚不理想，亟需加强患者康复意识、提升康复机构的专业水平，并完善康复治疗体系，以提供更高质量的术后康复服务，促进患者功能恢复。  

Objectives of Study：

The current status of postoperative rehabilitation in patients with osteoporosis combined with frailty is not ideal. It is urgent to strengthen the rehabilitation awareness of patients, improve the professional level of rehabilitation institutions, and improve the rehabilitation treatment system, so as to provide higher quality postoperative rehabilitation services and promote the functional recovery of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全； 2.恶性肿瘤； 3.急性感染； 4.认知障碍无法配合； 5.参与其他临床试验； 6.12 周内无法保证参与时间者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction; 2. Malignant tumor; 3. Acute infection; 4. Cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate; 5. Participation in other clinical trials; 6. Those who cannot guarantee participation time within 12 weeks.
