研究目的：

本研究参照循证卫生保健模式为指导，通过临床情境与专业判断、证据综合、 证据传播、证据应用环节开展研究。本研究前期已完成儿科ICU护士DRPI预防措施的证据整合，并通过专家小组讨论证据形成临床审查指标，本次研究主要目的调查儿科ICU护士对DRPI预防的临床现状及与整合证据的差距，进一步分析障碍因素和促进因素，形成儿科ICU器械相关性压力性损伤预防的循证实践方案。次要目的：改善儿科ICU护士对DRPI预防措施的认知、行为和态度，促进循证实践方案落地。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was guided by the evidence-based health care model, and the research was carried out thru the links of clinical situation and professional judgment, evidence synthesis, evidence dissemination, and evidence application. In the early stage of this study, the evidence integration of DRPI prevention measures for pediatric ICU nurses has been completed, and the clinical review indicators have been formed thru expert group discussion. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical status of DRPI prevention for pediatric ICU nurses and the gap with the integrated evidence, and further analyze the obstacles and promoting factors to form the evidence-based practice program for the prevention of device-related pressure injury in pediatric ICU. Secondary objective: To improve the cognition, behavior and attitude of pediatric ICU nurses toward DRPI prevention measures, and promote the implementation of evidence-based practice programs

排除标准：

1.干预期间因休假、外出进修学习等原因离开岗位超过6个月的护理人员； 2.办公室护士、设备护士等非责任护士岗位人员；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nursing staff who leave their position for more than 6 months during the intervention period due to vacation, further study, or other reasons; 2. Personnel in non-responsible nurse positions such as office nurses and equipment nurses;
