研究目的：

本研究目的是通过住院准备中心、病房、内镜中心等多部门联合精细化的健康教育方式，提高结肠镜检查住院患者对肠道准备重要性的认知，从而积极配合予提高其依从性，并准确实施肠道准备方案，提高患者肠道准备的合格率、肠道息肉的检出率及患者的满意度，降低不良反应及二次肠镜的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to improve the awareness of the importance of bowel preparation among inpatients undergoing colonoscopy through a refined joint health education approach involving the Admission Preparation Center, the ward, and the endoscopy center. This approach aims to enhance patients' compliance, ensure accurate implementation of the bowel preparation protocol, improve the qualification rate of bowel preparation, the detection rate of intestinal polyps, and patient satisfaction, thereby reducing adverse reactions and the incidence of secondary colonoscopy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并其他恶性肿瘤病史，癌症转移者； 2. 有肠道梗阻性疾病者； 3. 急性腹泻、排便障碍者； 4. 有严重的身体活动障碍且生活不能自理者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors or cancer metastasis; 2. Patients with intestinal obstructive diseases; 3. Patients with acute diarrhea or defecation disorders; 4. Patients with severe physical activity disorders and inability to perform activities of daily living independently.
