Objectives of Study：

Verify the improving effects of sleep-dependent emotional memory editing on negative emotions and cognition in patients with depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在较重入睡问题：过去一周内，存在入睡时间>1.5小时超过2天、单日入睡时间>3小时、夜间醒来>2次、夜间睡眠时间平均不足6小时或单日夜间睡眠时间小于5小时； 2.共病阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、不宁腿综合征； 3.既往患有神经系统疾病、酒精及药物滥用者； 4.既往诊断或当前疑似有精神分裂症谱系障碍者； 5.冲动兴奋、严重衰退不合作者； 6.有自杀行为或严重自杀观念者； 7.严重躯体疾病或药物副作用； 8.因个人原因或者功能衰退无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe sleep-onset problems: In the past week, experiencing sleep latency >1.5 hours for more than 2 days, single-day sleep latency >3 hours, nighttime awakenings >2 times, average nighttime sleep duration <6 hours, or single-day nighttime sleep duration <5 hours; 2.Comorbidity with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome or restless legs syndrome; 3.Previous history of neurological disorders, alcohol or drug abuse; 4.Previous diagnosis or current suspicion of schizophrenia spectrum disorders; 5. Impulsive excitement, severe deterioration, or uncooperativeness; 6.Presence of suicidal behavior or severe suicidal ideation; 7.Serious physical illness or drug side effects; 8.Inability to cooperate with the study due to personal reasons or functional decline.

基本信息及量表使用电子CRF表采集，行为任务使用Psychopy采集，神经影像学及神经电生理学使用脑磁图、EEG、PSG采集，心率使用PSG配套心率导联及腕表采集。所有量表、核磁、脑磁数据采用医院电子数据平台保存5年以上，纸质知情同意书由项目负责人进行管理保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Basic information and scale data are collected using electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF). Behavioral tasks are recorded using PsychoPy. Neuroimaging and neuroelectrophysiological data are acquired via Magnetoencephalography (MEG), Electroencephalography (EEG), and Polysomnography (PSG). Heart rate is monitored using the PSG‑compatible ECG leads and a wrist‑worn device.All scale data, MRI, and MEG data are stored on the hospital’s electronic data platform for a minimum of 5 years. Paper‑based informed consent documents are managed and retained by the project leader.
