研究目的：

本研究旨在深入验证瑞马唑仑靶控输注（TCI）系统的精确性，拟采用外部验证方法，评估既往建立的瑞马唑仑群体药动学模型在临床场景中的预测性能，验证其用于靶控输注（TCI）泵给药方案的可行性，为瑞马唑仑TCI的临床推广应用提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to thoroughly validate the accuracy of the remimazolam target-controlled infusion (TCI) system. It intends to employ an external validation approach to evaluate the predictive performance of a previously established remimazolam population pharmacokinetic model in clinical settings, verify the feasibility of its application in the dosing regimen of the target-controlled infusion (TCI) pump, and provide evidence-based support for the clinical promotion and application of remimazolam TCI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对苯二氮䓬类药物过敏； 2. 严重呼吸系统疾病（包括急性呼吸道感染）； 3. 急性心力衰竭； 4. 中重度心脏瓣膜病； 5. 精神疾病、长期使用精神类药物或认知功能障碍； 6. 肝脏、肾脏或凝血功能异常； 7. 筛选期开始前2年内有苯二氮䓬类药物使用史、药物滥用或酒精滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to benzodiazepines; 2. Severe respiratory diseases (including acute respiratory infections); 3. Acute heart failure; 4. Moderate to severe valvular heart disease; 5. Psychiatric disorders, long-term use of psychotropic medications, or cognitive dysfunction; 6. Abnormalities in liver, kidney, or coagulation function; 7. History of benzodiazepine use, substance abuse, or alcohol abuse within 2 years prior to the screening period.
