评估4.5×CS 加速 3.0T 无对比剂 CMRA检测冠状动脉≥50% 狭窄的诊断效能(敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性 / 阴性预测值); • 验证 4.5×CS 技术在缩短扫描时间、降低运动伪影、维持图像质量(信噪比 SNR、对比噪声比 CNR)方面的临床价值; • 明确该技术在对比剂过敏、肾功能不全、需反复随访等特殊人群中的应用优势,推动其临床转化与规范化应用。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The diagnostic efficacy ( sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive / negative predictive value ) of 4.5 × CS accelerated 3.0T contrast-free CMRA in detecting coronary artery stenosis >= 50 % was evaluated. To verify the clinical value of 4.5 × CS technology in shortening scanning time, reducing motion artifacts, and maintaining image quality ( signal-to-noise ratio SNR, contrast-to-noise ratio CNR ) ; To clarify the application advantages of this technique in special populations such as contrast agent allergy, renal insufficiency, and repeated follow-up, and to promote its clinical transformation and standardized application. |

1.MR 禁忌(金属植入物等); 2.既往冠状动脉介入 / 搭桥手术; 3.严重心律失常、持续性房颤; 4.急性心肌梗死; 5.图像存在严重伪影无法诊断; 6.自愿退出。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. MR taboo ( metal implants, etc. ) ; 2. Previous coronary intervention / bypass surgery ; 3. Severe arrhythmia, persistent atrial fibrillation ; 4. Acute myocardial infarction ; 5. There are serious artifacts in the image that cannot be diagnosed ; 6. Voluntary withdrawal. |
