研究目的：

描述PCI术后患者术后48~72小时病情稳定后（T0）时的失志水平现状，探索并确定失志的人群异质性及其影响因素。描述PCI术后患者术后48~72小时病情稳定（T0）、出院1个月（T1）、3个月（T2）、6个月（T3）的失志水平及总体变化趋势。 2.基于增长混合模型拟合患者失志水平变化轨迹的潜在类别，描述类别亚组类型和特征并分析其影响因素。 3.分析PCI术后患者失志综合征异质性发展轨迹对患者术后6个月内非计划再入院的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the current status of demoralization levels in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) when their condition stabilizes 48-72 hours postoperatively (T0), and explore and identify the population heterogeneity of demoralization and its influencing factors. Describe the demoralization levels and overall changing trends of PCI postoperative patients at 48-72 hours after surgery when their condition stabilizes (T0), 1 month after discharge (T1), 3 months after discharge (T2), and 6 months after discharge (T3). 2.Based on the growth mixture model, fit the potential categories of patients' demoralization level change trajectories, describe the types and characteristics of categorical subgroups, and analyze their influencing factors. 3.To analyze the impact of heterogeneous developmental trajectories of demoralization syndrome in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on unplanned readmission within 6 months postoperatively.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往患有抑郁症、痴呆或其他精神类疾病的患者；
2.合并恶性心律失常、急性左心衰等严重并发症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of depression, dementia, or other mental illnesses;
2.patients with severe complications such as malignant arrhythmia and acute left heart failure.
