本研究旨在构建一种前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者健康教育方案，并探究其应用效果，以期为完善临床护理人员健康宣教和制定患者自我管理计划提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to develop a health education program for patients with urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery and to explore its application effects, so as to provide guidance for improving clinical health education by nursing staff and developing patient self-management plans.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.具有严重精神疾病、认知功能障碍，或视听觉障碍； 2.合并重大疾病； 3.经尿动力学检查尿道括约肌功能完全丧失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or visual/auditory impairment; 2.Those with major comorbidities; 3. Those with complete loss of urethral sphincter function confirmed by urodynamic examination.

使用统计软件SPSS 25.0生成随机数字序列，将50例符合纳入标准的患者按1:1比例随机分配至实验组（n=25）与对照组（n=25）。

A random number sequence was generated using SPSS 25.0. Fifty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the experimental group (n = 25) or the control group (n = 25) at a 1:1 ratio.

盲法：

本研究为单盲设计。结局评估者对患者的分组情况不知情（即评估者盲）。数据统计分析人员同样不参与分组过程且对分组情况不知情。由于干预措施的性质（健康教育），患者及实施干预的护士无法实施盲法。研究过程中，所有患者均被告知勿向结局评估者透露自己的分组情况。

Blinding：

This study employed a single-blind design. Outcome assessors were blinded to patients' group allocation. Data statisticians were also blinded to group allocation and were not involved in the randomization process. Due to the nature of the intervention (health education), patients and the nurses delivering the intervention could not be blinded. All patients were instructed not to disclose their group assignment to the outcome assessors throughout the study.

采用纸质病例报告表（CRF）进行数据采集，由研究者双人核对后录入Excel电子数据库。数据由主要研究者统一管理，保存于加密存储设备中，仅研究团队成员可访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

A paper Case Report Form (CRF) was used for data collection. All data were independently double-checked by two researchers and then entered into an Excel electronic database. The database was managed exclusively by the principal investigator and stored on an encrypted device. Access to the data was restricted to members of the research team only.
