研究目的：

产科大出血是孕产妇死亡的主因，其救治核心是快速恢复组织氧供。目前，在联合白细胞滤器（LDF）的前提下，自体血回收（IOCS）技术在产科已经应用，但其在改善患者血液携氧能力这一核心生理功能方面的价值，缺乏高质量证据。本研究旨在通过创新的混合队列研究设计，利用有限病例资源，科学评估IOCS对关键携氧指标（CaO₂）的改善作用。其结果将直接指导临床更合理、精准地应用IOCS，优化本地产科血液管理和保护策略，对降低孕产妇死亡率和致残率具有重要现实意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Obstetric massive hemorrhage is a leading cause of maternal mortality, and the core of its management is the rapid restoration of tissue oxygen delivery. Currently, intraoperative cell salvage (IOCS) technology has been applied in obstetrics under the premise of using a leukocyte depletion filter (LDF). However, high-quality evidence regarding its value in improving the core physiological function of blood oxygen-carrying capacity remains lacking. This study aims to scientifically evaluate the effect of IOCS on improving key oxygen-carrying indicators (CaO₂) through an innovative hybrid cohort study design, utilizing limited case resources. The results will directly guide more rational and precise clinical application of IOCS, optimize local obstetric blood management and conservation strategies, and hold significant practical importance in reducing maternal mortality and morbidity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术中同时行其他器官手术影响出血量判定； 2.外院检查后急诊入我院行剖宫产，我院术前检验数据缺失者； 3.术中使用ACS+LDF，但设备故障未行回输者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who underwent concurrent surgery on other organs during the procedure that may affect the assessment of blood loss; 2. Patients who were transferred to our hospital for emergency cesarean section after examination at another hospital, with missing preoperative laboratory data in our hospital; 3. Patients in whom ACS + LDF was used during surgery but reinfusion was not performed due to equipment malfunction.
