研究目的：

1.探讨有无情绪问题的 ADHD 患儿在 VFT任务中的脑血流动力学特征差异：通过 fNIRS 技术检测 ADHD 患儿在执行 VFT任务时的大脑皮层氧合血红蛋白和脱氧血红蛋白的变化，分析有无情绪失调的 ADHD 患儿在这些任务中的脑血流动力学特征是否存在显著差异，以揭示情绪失调对 ADHD 儿童神经活动的影响机制。 2.分析 fNIRS 数据结果与Conners-EL情绪不稳量表的相关性通过相关性分析，探讨 fNIRS 检测到的脑血流动力学特征与 Conners-EL 情绪不稳量表之间的关系，寻找 ADHD 伴情绪失调儿童的潜在神经生物学标志物，为临床诊断和治疗提供新的依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore differences in cerebral hemodynamic characteristics during VFT tasks in children with ADHD with and without emotional problems: Using fNIRS technology to detect changes in cortical oxygenated hemoglobin and deoxygenated hemoglobin in children with ADHD during VFT tasks, analyze whether there are significant differences in cerebral hemodynamic characteristics between children with ADHD with and without emotional dysregulation, in order to reveal the mechanisms by which emotional dysregulation affects neural activity in children with ADHD. 2. Analyze the correlation between fNIRS data results and the Conners-EL Emotional Lability Scale: Through correlation analysis, explore the relationship between cerebral hemodynamic characteristics detected by fNIRS and the Conners-EL Emotional Lability Scale, seeking potential neurobiological markers in children with ADHD accompanied by emotional dysregulation, providing new evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床资料不足(如核心症状评价、行为评估、认知功能的评估不足，或随访时评估资料不全)或不能坚持随访者； 2.明确诊断的其他精神障碍(焦虑、抑郁、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等）； 3.明确诊断尚不能完全药物控制的癫痫； 4.严重的肢体障碍； 5.明确诊断的染色体病、基因病、遗传代谢病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Insufficient clinical data (such as insufficient evaluation of core symptoms, behavioral assessment, and cognitive function assessment, or incomplete assessment data during follow-up); 2.Other diagnosed mental disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 3.Epilepsy that cannot be completely controlled by medication with a clear diagnosis; 4.Severe physical disabilities; 5.Chromosomal disorders, genetic diseases, and genetic metabolic diseases that have been diagnosed but cannot be fully controlled by medication.
