Objectives of Study：

This study explores the impact of a dual-task mode brain-computer interface based on motor intention and virtual reality on the shoulder function recovery of patients after rotator cuff injury surgery, aiming to provide scientific evidence for clinical rehabilitation treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有其他肩部疾病，如肩关节骨折、脱位、神经损伤或其他严重影响肩关节功能的疾病。
2.有严重的认知障碍、精神疾病，无法配合康复训练。
3.有严重的心肺功能不全、肝肾功能不全等全身性疾病。
4.对虚拟现实设备有过敏反应或不耐受。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have other shoulder-related diseases, such as shoulder joint fractures, dislocations, nerve injuries, or other diseases that severely affect the function of the shoulder joint.3. Have severe systemic diseases such as heart and lung dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
2. Have severe cognitive impairments or mental illnesses, and are unable to cooperate with rehabilitation training.

4. Have an allergic reaction or intolerance to virtual reality devices.

由科室秘书使用在线随机数生成器，选择区组随机化，设定区组长度（Block Size）为 4每个区组内两组各出现2次，顺序随机。生成 1-90 的随机编号，每个编号对应一个组别：A（脑机接口辅助康复组）或 B（传统康复组）。在随机分配卡片内页（折叠密封）写明对应的分组信息：“您被分入：脑机接口辅助康复组” 或 “您被分入：传统康复组”。随后将对应的随机分配卡放入对应编号的信封中进行密封。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The department secretary uses an online random number generator to conduct block randomization. The block size is set at 4, with each block containing two groups, each appearing twice in random order. Random numbers ranging from 1 to 90 are generated, and each number corresponds to a group: A (Brain-Computer Interface Assisted Rehabilitation Group) or B (Traditional Rehabilitation Group). On the inner pages of the randomly assigned cards (folded and sealed), the corresponding group information is written: "You have been assigned to: Brain-Computer Interface Assisted Rehabilitation Group" or "You have been assigned to: Traditional Rehabilitation Group". Then, the corresponding randomly assigned cards are placed in envelopes with the corresponding numbers sealed.
