研究目的：

通过干预探索行混合痔手术后促进患者切口愈合的一种可行性治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

To explore a feasible treatment plan for promoting incision healing in patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery through intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴发肛周其他疾病者，如肛裂、肛瘘、肛门直肠周围脓肿、炎症性肠病、大肠息肉等； 2.瘢痕体质，或多种药物过敏，或药物滥用史者； 3.伴有其他器官或系统疾病，感染未控制，不耐受或不适宜手术者； 4.处于经期或授乳期女性，或孕妇； 5.肛缘有瘢痕或肛门功能异常者； 6. 长期顽固性便秘或腹泻的患者； 7. 凝血功能障碍的患者； 8.同时参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other perianal diseases, such as anal fissure, anal fistula, perianal abscess, inflammatory bowel disease, and colorectal polyps; 2. Patients with scar constitution, multiple drug allergies, or a history of drug abuse; 3. Patients with other organ or system diseases, uncontrolled infection, intolerance or inappropriateness for surgery; 4. Female patients who are in menstruation, lactation, or pregnant; 5. Patients with anal margin scars or abnormal anal function; 6. Patients with long-term intractable constipation or diarrhea; 7. Patients with coagulation disorders; 8. Patients participating in other clinical studies simultaneously.

Intervention：	Routine iodophor dressing change after hemorrhoidectomy, followed by saline irrigation, application of Suyule soft ointment (approximately 1 cm thickness) on the incision site, covering with a sterile gauze, and fixation with breathable adhesive tape	Intervention code：
