研究目的：

本研究旨在通过收集整理2025年4月以来在临床营养科就诊的超重/肥胖患者的诊疗数据，并持续收集后续（2026年2月-2027年12月）就诊数据，系统描绘不同医学营养减重干预下患者体重与体成分的变化轨迹，并探索影响轨迹分型及减重的关键影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to collect and organize the diagnosis and treatment data of overweight/obese patients who visited the clinical nutrition department since April 2025, and continuously collect subsequent (February 2026 - December 2027) visit data to systematically depict the change trajectories of patients' weight and body composition under different medical nutrition weight loss interventions And explore the key influencing factors that affect trajectory typing and weight loss.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断为继发性肥胖（如库欣综合征、甲状腺功能减退症控制不佳等）； 2.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女 3.合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全； 4.有精神疾病史或认知障碍，无法遵从饮食指导； 5.基线前 3 个月内或同时接受减重手术或使用 GLP-1 受体激动剂等新型减重药物；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosed with secondary obesity (such as Cushing's syndrome, poorly controlled hypothyroidism, etc.); 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding 3.Combined with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4.Has a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment and is unable to follow dietary guidance; 5.Received bariatric surgery or used new bariatric drugs such as GLP-1 receptor agonists within 3 months before baseline or simultaneously;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过医院信息系统进行电子化数据采集，提取各项变量数据，建立数据库。不能提取的数据由经过培训的研究人员补充至数据库中，采用两次录入法。研究人员审核并认为所建立的数据库正确后将被锁定，锁定后的数据文件不允许再作变动。数据库将交统计分析人员按统计计划书要求进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Electronic data collection is carried out through the hospital information system to extract various variable data and establish a database. The data that cannot be extracted is supplemented into the database by trained researchers using the double-entry method. After researchers review and confirm that the established database is correct, it will be locked. Once locked, the data file is not allowed to be modified any further. The database will be handed over to statistical analysts for statistical analysis in accordance with the requirements of the statistical plan.
