研究目的:

基于回顾性收集的肾脏超声图像,结合关键临床特征,构建并验证一个融合深度学习与影像组学特征的综合诊断模型,用于成人弥漫性肾病的无创性诊断,初步探索该模型对不同成人弥漫性肾病病理分型的识别能力。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on retrospectively collected renal ultrasound images and key clinical features, we developed and validated a comprehensive diagnostic model integrating deep learning and radiomic features for the non-invasive diagnosis of adult diffuse nephropathy, and preliminarily explored its ability to identify different pathological subtypes of adult diffuse nephropathy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.既往肾脏手术史;
2.既往存在放化疗史;
3.存在先天性肾脏疾病,如:多囊肾、马蹄肾、重复肾等;

Exclusion criteria:

1.A history of previous renal surgery;
2.A history of previous radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
3.Presence of congenital renal diseases, such as polycystic kidney disease, horseshoe kidney, duplicated kidney, etc;
