1.描述肾移植受者中 NGS 检出的病原体谱及共感染特征； 2.比较 NGS 与传统病原学检测方法在病原体检出方面的差异； 3.探讨 NGS 检出的不同病原体特征联合临床特征与临床结局之间的关系； 4.评估 NGS 检测结果在临床实践中的应用情况，包括对临床决策的影响等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the spectrum of pathogens detected by NGS in kidney transplant recipients and the characteristics of co-infections; 2. Compare the differences between NGS and traditional pathogen detection methods in pathogen identification; 3. Explore the relationship between the characteristics of different pathogens detected by NGS combined with clinical features and clinical outcomes; 4. Evaluate the application of NGS detection results in clinical practice, including their impact on clinical decision-making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.接受多器官或联合器官移植的患者； 2.合并人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染的患者； 3.缺失关键研究变量者，如 NGS 报告、临床结局等缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Recipients of multi-organ or combined organ transplantation; 2.Concurrent human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 3.Missing key study variables, including but not limited to NGS reports or clinical outcome data.
