研究目的：

1. 主要目的：本课题拟构建知识图谱增强的胶质瘤多学科决策支持系统，根据多源EMR数据动态生成方案，生成个体化治疗决策。 2. 次要目的：提升临床效率，将决策时间缩短＞50%。 3. 探索性目的：从单病种（胶质瘤）向多癌种延伸，通过多中心RCT验证系统对医生决策效率与患者生存率的提升价值；通过轻量化部署赋能县域医院MDT，缩小肿瘤诊疗资源鸿沟，实现精准医疗的普惠化落地。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: This project aims to construct a knowledge graph - enhanced glioma multidisciplinary decision - support system, which can dynamically generate treatment plans based on multi - source EMR data and make individualized treatment decisions. 2. Secondary objective: To improve clinical efficiency by reducing the decision - making time by more than 50%; . 3. Exploratory objective: Extend from a single disease (glioma) to multiple cancer types. Verify the value of the system in improving doctors' decision - making efficiency and patients' survival rate through multi - center RCTs. Empower county - level hospitals' MDT through lightweight deployment to narrow the gap in tumor diagnosis and treatment resources and achieve the inclusive implementation of precision medicine.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无组织病理学检查明确诊断胶质瘤的脑占位性病变，包括脑转移瘤、淋巴瘤等；
2.未进行IDH1/2、TERT启动子及MGMT启动子等分子检测的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Brain space-occupying lesions without a clear diagnosis of glioma through histopathological, examination including brain metastases, lymphomas, etc. 2. Patients who have not undergone molecular tests such as IDH1/2, TERT promoter, and MGMT promoter.
