研究目的：

系统调查肿瘤患者住院期间的饮食摄入情况，包括营养素（蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、维生素、矿物质等）摄入量、食物种类构成、膳食模式及饮食依从性； 动态监测患者住院期间健康状态变化，涵盖身体成分（如肌肉量、体脂率）、体能状态（如握力、活动能力）、营养风险等级、临床症状（如疲劳、食欲减退）及实验室指标（如血常规、肝肾功能等）； 分析饮食摄入相关因素（如摄入量、膳食结构）与健康状态变化指标之间的相关性，明确影响患者健康状态的关键饮食因素； 识别不同肿瘤类型、治疗阶段患者的饮食摄入差异及健康状态变化特点，为个性化营养指导提供数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematically investigate the dietary intake of cancer patients during hospitalization, including the intake of nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, etc.), food type composition, dietary patterns, and dietary compliance. Dynamically monitor the changes in health status of patients during hospitalization, covering body composition (e.g., muscle mass, body fat rate), physical fitness (e.g., grip strength, activity ability), nutritional risk level, clinical symptoms (e.g., fatigue, anorexia), and laboratory indicators (e.g., blood routine, liver and kidney function). Analyze the correlation between dietary intake-related factors (e.g., intake volume, dietary structure) and health status change indicators, and identify the key dietary factors affecting patients' health status. Identify the differences in dietary intake and characteristics of health status changes among patients with different tumor types and treatment stages, so as to provide data support for personalized nutritional guidance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重精神疾病或认知障碍；
2.合并严重器官功能衰竭（如心、肝、肾）；
3.正在参与其他干预性临床试验；
4.拒绝或无法配合完成评估。
5.妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2.Complicated with severe organ failure (e.g., heart, liver, kidney); 3.Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials 4.Refusal or inability to cooperate with the assessment; 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
