研究目的：

1. 全面分析人口社会学特征（教育程度、婚姻状态）、生活方式（吸烟史、饮酒史）、临床代谢指标（血脂谱、血糖、血压）及社会心理因素（焦虑、抑郁病史）与早发性冠心病的关联。 2. 比较男性与女性在不同危险因素暴露率及致病强度上的差异，识别是否存在性别-风险因素的交互作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Comprehensively analyze the association between demographic sociological characteristics (education level, marital status), lifestyle (smoking history, drinking history), clinical metabolic indicators (lipid profile, blood glucose, blood pressure), and social psychological factors (history of anxiety and depression) and early-onset coronary heart disease. 2. Compare the differences in exposure rates and pathogenicity of different risk factors between men and women to identify whether there is an interaction between gender and risk factors.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组 1. 合并严重肝功能或肾功能障碍（ALT/AST>=正常上限 3 倍，或 eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73 m^2） 2. 合并晚期恶性肿瘤、精神障碍、认知障碍等疾病 3. 临床资料不完整患者 对照组 1. 既往有冠心病、卒中、心力衰竭、外周动脉疾病史 2. 入院主诊断为 2 型糖尿病、高血压急症或高脂血症的患者 3. 临床资料不完整的患者 4. 合并晚期恶性肿瘤、精神障碍、认知障碍等疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Case Group 1. Combined severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (ALT/AST >= 3 times the upper limit of normal, or eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m^2) 2. Combined advanced malignancy, mental disorders, cognitive impairment, and other diseases 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data Control Group 1. History of coronary heart disease, stroke, heart failure, or peripheral arterial disease 2. Patients admitted with primary diagnoses of type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertensive emergency, or hyperlipidemia 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data 4. Combined advanced malignancy, mental disorders, cognitive impairment, and other diseases
