研究目的：

剖宫产分娩的新生儿母乳喂养率明显低于经阴道分娩者，术后因手术刺激、疼痛、管道限制等因素使产妇活动不便，哺乳姿势受限，新生儿衔接乳房不良而减少吸吮，进而影响母乳喂养。新生儿有效的吸吮能力是成功实施母乳喂养的必要条件，29%发生母乳亲喂困难的产妇叙述因其婴儿吸吮能力不足而放弃母乳亲喂。新生儿各感官刺激已被证实可促进新生儿生长发育和早产儿经口喂养的效果，但缺乏联合性研究。ATVV干预模式是一种给予视觉（A,auditory）、触觉（T,tactile）、听觉（V,visual）、前庭（V,vestibula）联合刺激的干预模式，改善了早产儿经口喂养能力，但未明确其应用于改善母乳亲哺的吸吮能力的有效性。基于此，本项目拟应用 ATVV干预模式于剖宫产新生儿，综合经验证的各单项感官刺激，改良 ATVV干预措施细则，以达训练新生儿自动寻乳能力，改善新生儿吸吮功能，促进剖宫产母婴母乳亲哺，提高纯母乳喂养率的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Neonates delivered via cesarean section exhibit a significantly lower breastfeeding rate compared to those born vaginally. Postoperative factors such as surgical stress, pain, and medical tubing often restrict maternal mobility, limit optimal breastfeeding positions, and lead to poor latch and reduced sucking by the newborn, thereby negatively impacting breastfeeding. Effective sucking ability is a prerequisite for successful breastfeeding; notably, 29% of mothers experiencing breastfeeding difficulties report discontinuing direct breastfeeding due to insufficient infant sucking ability.Sensory stimulation targeting various modalities has been proven to promote neonatal growth and improve oral feeding in preterm infants. However, research on combined multisensory interventions remains scarce. The ATVV (Auditory, Tactile, Visual, Vestibular) intervention model is a structured approach that provides integrated auditory, tactile, visual, and vestibular stimulation. While it has been shown to enhance oral feeding skills in preterm infants, its specific effectiveness in improving sucking ability for direct breastfeeding remains unclear.Therefore, this study aims to apply the ATVV intervention model to cesarean-delivered newborns. By synthesizing evidence-based individual sensory stimuli and refining the ATVV protocol, the project seeks to train newborns in automatic rooting, improve sucking function, promote direct breastfeeding in cesarean mother-infant dyads, and ultimately.

1.新生儿口腔先天发育异常如：唇裂、腭裂、舌系带过短等；
2.新生儿母亲患有母乳喂养禁忌症如：服用特殊药物、传染病活动期、精神病服药期间或其他严重疾病需停止母乳喂养；
3.新生儿母亲乳房发育异常或严重外伤史者；
4.新生儿母亲自理能力缺如；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital orofacial anomalies;
2.The newborn's mother has contraindications to breastfeeding;
3.Mothers with anatomical anomalies of the breast or a history of significant breast trauma;
4.The mother has impaired self-care capacity;
