研究目的：

使用智能语音交互工具进行抑郁症状评估,与“金标准”工具进行一致性评价,验证该项技术的有效性与应用可行性,以提升抑郁症临床评估的准确性和一致性,为抑郁症规范化治疗形成合理可及的数字化评估手段。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate depressive symptoms using an intelligent voice interaction tool, assess its concordance with the "gold standard" instrument, validate the technology's efficacy and application feasibility, improve the accuracy and consistency of clinical depression assessment, and provide reasonable and accessible digital assessment means for standardized depression treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

抑郁症患者 1. 符合 DSM-5 精神发育迟滞、精神分裂症谱系障碍、双相障碍和躯体症状及 相关障碍诊断标准的精神障碍诊断； 2. 患有严重躯体疾病或精神症状过重，难以配合完成研究内容； 3. 存在研究者认为不适合入组的其他情况。 评分员 1.目前或既往为受试者的主管医生； 2.曾参与“基于智能语音交互的抑郁症评估技术”的研发工作。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with Depression 1. Diagnosed with a mental disorder that meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for intellectual disability, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, and somatic symptom and related disorders; 2. Suffering from severe physical illnesses or excessive psychiatric symptoms that make it difficult to cooperate with the study procedures; 3. Other situations considered by the researchers as unsuitable for enrollment. Raters 1. The current or former primary physician of the subject; 2. Have previously participated in the development of the 'Depression Assessment Technology Based on Intelligent Voice Interaction'.
