研究目的：

① 确定隐性听力损失耳蜗突触传入神经和传出神经病变存在频段特异性分布。 ② 明确隐性听力损失时域、频域及响度感知变化及其频段分布特征。 ③ 探讨耳蜗突触病变导致频率特异性隐性听力损失的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the frequency specific distribution in cochlear ribbon synapses and efferent neuron pathology of hidden hearing loss. 2. Clarify the frequency specific characteristics of the change in time domain, frequency domain and loudness perception of hidden hearing loss. 3. Explore the mechanism of frequency specific defect of cochlear synapses in hidden hearing loss.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 有头颅或耳部外伤史、家族性或先天性耳聋病史、耳毒性药物使用史、中耳炎、腮腺炎、麻疹、耳膜穿孔等
② 纯音听力测试听力曲线为水平样或近似直线、语言频率听力损失大于等于高频听力损失、伪聋等
③ 耳科疾病史，职业性或创伤性噪声暴露史，每周接触娱乐性噪声>20小时，有射击爱好

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individual who has a history of head or ear injury, familial or congenital deafness, ototoxic drug use, otitis media, mumps, measles, tympanic membrane perforation, etc.;
2. Individual whose pure tone hearing test curve seems horizontal or approximate linear, or the linguistic frequency hearing loss is greater than or equal to the high frequency hearing loss, and pseudo deaf, etc.;
3. With history of ear diseases, history of occupational or traumatic noise exposure, weekly exposure to entertaining noise >20 hours, shooting habbit.
