研究目的：

1. 旨在开发一个基于微信平台轻量化的，以知识库为核心理论指导的人工智能健康教育精准连接系统（AI-HEALS），实现基于中医体质的个性化推荐、智能问答等核心功能； 2. 通过预调查访谈旨在深入了解“三高”共病患者对系统的接受度以及系统设计和干预内容优化的建议，确保系统贴合用户真实需求； 3. 本研究通过一项单组前后对照的预实验，初步评估 AI-HEALS 系统在改善“三高”共病患者中的关键临床指标（血压、血糖、血脂）、自我管理行为及生命质量方面的可行性、适用性以及初步效果，发现实际应用过程中的易难点及可操作性，为后续相关研究的开展和临床推广应用提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To develop a lightweight, WeChat-based Artificial Intelligence Health Education and Accurate Linkage System (AI-HEALS) guided by knowledge base theory, featuring core functions such as personalized recommendations based on Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions and intelligent Q&A; 2. To gain in-depth understanding of the acceptance of the system by patients with comorbidities of the "three highs" (hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia) through preliminary survey interviews, as well as suggestions for optimizing system design and intervention content, ensuring the system aligns with users' real needs; 3. To preliminarily evaluate the feasibility, applicability, and initial effectiveness of the AI-HEALS system in improving key clinical indicators (blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids), self-management behaviors, and quality of life among patients with comorbidities of the "three highs" through a single-group pre-post pilot study, identifying practical difficulties and operability to provide empirical evidence for subsequent research and clinical promotion.

1.存在严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍; 2.在过去六个月内接受过放疗或化疗; 3.正在接受其他临床研究; 4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys 2. Receipt of radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the past six months 3. Currently participating in another clinical study 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.

盲法：

本研究采用单盲设计。由于干预性质的限制，研究对象及干预实施人员无法实现盲法。然而，负责结局数据收集的研究助理以及进行最终统计分析的统计人员将对分组情况保持盲态。在临床测量和问卷数据收集过程中，研究助理不会知晓研究对象的分组信息；统计人员将在数据去标识化后进行分析，在分析完成前不接触任何包含分组信息的文件。

Blinding：

This study adopted a single-blind design. Due to the limitations of the nature of the intervention, the research subjects and the intervention implementers were unable to achieve blinding. However, the research assistant responsible for collecting the outcome data and the statistician conducting the final statistical analysis will remain blind to the grouping situation. During the process of clinical measurement and questionnaire data collection, research assistants will not be aware of the grouping information of the research subjects. Statisticians will conduct analysis after the data has been de-identified and will not come into contact with any files containing grouping information until the analysis is completed.
