研究目的:

本项目旨在综合运用基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学及代谢组学等多组学技术,对EIN/ECa 保育治疗后、生殖助孕治疗中的子宫内膜标本,进行系统分析,与普通患者的子宫内膜进行对比分析,识别与生殖结局异质性相关的关键分子标志物与信号通路,揭示其潜在分子调控网络,多维度、全面深入地阐释EIN/ECa 保育治疗后导致生殖结局异质性的子宫内膜功能相关分子机制。为个体化评估和干预寻找目标靶点,并为未来 EIN/ECa 保育后患者的个体化生殖诊疗提供理论依据和新思路,最终希望能够改善生殖结局。同时,拟通过本项目研究建立一套针对 EIN/ECa 保育治疗后生殖结局评估的多组学技术体系,优化样本采集、处理、多组学数据分析及结果整合等流程,提高检测准确性与效率,为后续临床研究与实践提供可靠技术支撑。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this project is to comprehensively apply multi omics technologies such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to systematically analyze endometrial specimens after EIN/ECa conservation therapy and during reproductive assisted reproductive therapy, compare them with the endometrium of ordinary patients, identify key molecular markers and signaling pathways related to reproductive outcome heterogeneity, reveal their potential molecular regulatory networks, and comprehensively and deeply explain the molecular mechanisms of endometrial function related to reproductive outcome heterogeneity after EIN/ECa conservation therapy in multiple dimensions. To identify target points for personalized assessment and intervention, and to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for personalized reproductive diagnosis and treatment of patients after EIN/ECa care in the future, with the ultimate goal of improving reproductive outcomes. At the same time, it is planned to establish a multi omics technical system for evaluating reproductive outcomes after EIN/ECa care treatment through this project, optimize the processes of sample collection, processing, multi omics data analysis, and result integration, improve detection accuracy and efficiency, and provide reliable technical support for subsequent clinical research and practice.

排除标准:

1. 无内膜病变 2. 无子宫腺肌症和子宫内膜异位症 3. 无宫腔粘连 4. 无复发种植失败或反复流产 5. 无内科疾病(糖尿病,胰岛素抵抗,甲状腺异常,高血压,免疫病)

Exclusion criteria:

1. No endometrial lesions; 2. No adenomyosis or endometriosis; 3. No intrauterine adhesions; 4. No recurrence of implant failure or recurrent miscarriage; 5. No medical disease (diabetes, insulin resistance, thyroid abnormality, hypertension, immune disease).
