选取2018年1月1日-2019年12月1日的已经确诊并入院的肺癌患者600例，由第三方人员将600例患者住院号分男女分别输入EXCEL表格中的A列，在B列输入“=RAND（）”产生随机数字，将B列中的随机数字复制选择粘贴数值到C列中并排序，从上往下依次将其等量分到3个研究组中即随机对照分组完成。
