研究目的：

1.主要目的：通过收集并分析宁波大学附属康宁医院住院治疗的GAD患者临床资料，明确该人群中OSA的检出比例，同时筛选与GAD患者合并OSA相关的独立危险因素，梳理相关临床预警指标，以此提升临床精神科及相关科室医师对GAD患者共病OSA的识别意识与诊断能力，减少临床漏诊情况，为该类患者的早期筛查、精准评估提供针对性参考依据。 2.次要目的：依托多导睡眠监测（Polysomnography, PSG）客观检查结果，深入分析GAD合并OSA患者的睡眠结构特征，对比单纯GAD患者的睡眠监测指标差异，明确该共病群体睡眠结构紊乱的具体表现与核心异常指标，进一步完善GAD患者共病OSA的临床特征体系，为后续制定个体化干预方案、优化睡眠相关治疗策略提供客观数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: By collecting and analyzing the clinical data of GAD patients who were hospitalized at the Kangning Hospital affiliated to Ningbo University, we aim to determine the detection rate of OSA among this group of patients. At the same time, we will identify the independent risk factors associated with OSA in patients with GAD, and sort out the relevant clinical warning indicators. This will enhance the awareness and diagnostic ability of clinical psychiatrists and other relevant department physicians regarding the co-occurrence of OSA in GAD patients, reduce clinical misdiagnosis, and provide targeted reference basis for the early screening and precise assessment of such patients. 2. Secondary objective: Based on the objective results of polysomnography (PSG), we will deeply analyze the sleep structure characteristics of GAD patients with OSA, compare the differences in sleep monitoring indicators between GAD patients and those without OSA, clarify the specific manifestations and core abnormal indicators of sleep structure disorder in this co-morbid group, and further improve the clinical characteristic system of GAD patients with OSA. This will provide objective data support for the subsequent formulation of individualized intervention plans and optimization of sleep-related treatment strategies.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并广泛性焦虑障碍以外的其他精神心理疾病；
2.伴有严重的躯体疾病；
3.中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停；
4.伴有严重的躯体疾病有物质依赖或滥用；

Exclusion criteria：

1.comorbid mental disorders other than GAD (e.g., current or past manic, depressive, or obsessive-compulsive episodes);
2.uncontrolled severe physical illnesses;
3.predominant central sleep apnea syndrome (CSA);
4.history of substance abuse (e.g., alcohol or drug dependence).
