研究目的：

系统性探讨悬吊训练结合任务导向性训练对脑损伤后患儿上肢功能的治疗效果，为临床康复提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To systematically investigate the therapeutic effect of sling exercise training combined with task-oriented training on upper limb function in children after brain injury, so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重认知障碍：智力商数（IQ）低于 70，或存在严重的认知功能障碍，无法配合训练。 2. 进行性神经肌肉疾病：如进行性肌营养不良、重症肌无力等。 3. 严重并发症：合并严重的心脏病、癫痫、骨关节疾病或其他系统性疾病，可能影响训练安全性和效果。 4. 近期接受其他干预：近 3 个月内接受过肉毒素注射、手术或其他重大康复干预，可能干扰研究结果。 5. 依从性差：患儿或监护人无法保证按时完成训练计划或中途退出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment: IQ below 70 or severe cognitive dysfunction preventing cooperation with training. 2. Progressive neuromuscular diseases: Such as progressive muscular dystrophy or myasthenia gravis. 3. Severe complications: Coexisting severe heart disease, epilepsy, bone/joint disorders, or other systemic diseases that may affect training safety and efficacy. 4. Recent other interventions: Received botulinum toxin injections, surgery, or other major rehabilitation interventions within the past 3 months, which may interfere with study results. 5. Poor compliance: The child or guardian cannot guarantee completion of the training schedule on time or may withdraw from the study midway.
