本项目拟采用4D高通量蛋白质组学技术，筛选和验证能够区分细菌性与病毒性儿童脓毒症的关键蛋白标志物。

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to employ 4D high-depth proteomics to screen and validate key protein biomarkers for distinguishing between bacterial and viral pediatric sepsis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.新生儿或胎龄小于37周的婴儿；2.既往恶性肿瘤或患血液系统疾病；3.有原发性免疫缺陷病；4.不愿意参加实验的患儿；5.病史资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neonates or infants born at <37 weeks’ gestation; 2. Previous malignancy or hematologic disorders; 3. Primary immunodeficiency; 4. Children whose legal guardians decline participation; 5. Incomplete medical records.
