1.To systematically describe the distribution of seizure types among epilepsy patients attending tertiary hospitals in China, and to determine the proportion of different seizure types. 2.To investigate seizure-free periods among patients, and to analyse seizure-free rates and the factors influencing them. 3.To summarise the clinical characteristics of the patients, including key information such as age at onset, duration of illness, and comorbidities. 4.Summarise the current status of antiepileptic drug (AED) use, covering aspects such as the selection of drug types, the proportions of monotherapy versus combination therapy, dosages, and treatment duration.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

排除标准：

1. 患者目前或以前仅诊断为假性癫痫发作或其他与癫痫发作产生混淆的非癫痫发作事件；
2. 研究者认为由于患者的依从性不能根据要求完成数据收集，或者研究者判断患者不适合参与研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has been diagnosed, either currently or in the past, solely with pseudoseizures or other non-epileptic events that may be confused with epileptic seizures;
2. The investigator considers that the patient has failed to comply with the requirements for data collection, or the investigator has determined that the patient is unsuitable for participation in the study;
