研究目的：

1. 分析现状及危险因素：系统性分析老年抑郁症患者下肢静脉血栓的发生现状，识别影响血栓形成的主要危险因素，明确与静脉血栓形成相关的高危特征。 2. 构建风险预测模型：基于老年抑郁症患者的临床数据，结合多维度因素，构建针对老年抑郁症患者下肢静脉血栓发生的风险预测模型，提供精准的风险评估工具。 3. 制定个性化预防策略：通过风险预测模型识别高风险患者，制定个性化的预防与干预措施，降低静脉血栓发生率，改善患者生活质量，减少并发症和死亡风险。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Analysis of current status and risk factors: Systematically analyze the current status of lower limb venous thrombosis in elderly patients with depression, identify the main risk factors affecting thrombosis formation, and clarify the high-risk characteristics associated with venous thrombosis.(2) Constructing a risk prediction model: Based on clinical data from elderly patients with depression, and incorporating multidimensional factors, a risk prediction model for the occurrence of lower limb venous thrombosis in elderly patients with depression is constructed, providing a precise risk assessment tool.(3) Develop personalized prevention strategies: Identify high-risk patients through risk prediction models, develop personalized prevention and intervention measures, reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis, improve patients' quality of life, and reduce the risk of complications and death.

排除标准：

1. 因器质性病变引起的抑郁障碍； 2. 躯体疾病所致的抑郁障碍； 3. 合并其他重性精神障碍的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Depressive disorders caused by organic lesions; 2. Depressive disorders caused by somatic diseases; 3. Patients with other severe mental disorders;
