Objectives of Study：

To investigate the association between caveolin-3 and the severity of coronary artery disease in postmenopausal women.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝肾功能明显损害（肝脏转氨酶高于正常值3倍；或慢性肾脏病进入终末期，肾小球滤过率<30 mL/min）； 2.既往有心脏手术史、严重心血管或呼吸系统疾病（NYHA心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级、心源性休克或呼吸衰竭等）； 3.其他系统严重疾病（如甲状腺功能亢进、活动性感染、恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病或血液系统疾病）； 4.失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Significant impairment of liver or kidney function (liver transaminases more than three times the upper limit of normal or end-stage chronic kidney disease with a glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min); 2. History of cardiac surgery, severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease (NYHA Class III–IV heart failure, cardiogenic shock, or respiratory failure, etc.); 3. Severe systemic diseases (e.g., hyperthyroidism, active infection, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or hematological disorders); 4. Participants who were lost to follow-up.
