Evaluate the effectiveness of application of scenario-based simulation ward rounds combined with video feedback method in standardized residency training of gastroenterology.

排除标准：

1.预计轮转期间缺勤时间 > 20% 或无法完成研究评估者； 2.曾参与过相似教学模式（如PBL）干预或参与相关研究者； 3.拒绝参与者

Exclusion criteria：

1. absence > 20% or inability to complete assessments; 2. prior participation in similar educational interventions, such as problem-based learning or related studies; 3. refusal to participate.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected using standardized assessment forms and questionnares. All data were recorded and managed usingelectronic spreadsheets with restricted access. Data quality was ensured through double-checking and verification byindependent researchers. All personal information was anonymized to ensure confidentiality.
