排除标准:

1.预计轮转期间缺勤时间 > 20% 或无法完成研究评估者; 2.曾参与过相似教学模式(如PBL)干预或参与相关研究者; 3.拒绝参与者

Exclusion criteria:

1. absence > 20% or inability to complete assessments; 2. prior participation in similar educational interventions, such as problem-based learning or related studies; 3. refusal to participate.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data were collected using standardized assessment forms and questionnares. All data were recorded and managed usingelectronic spreadsheets with restricted access. Data quality was ensured through double-checking and verification byindependent researchers. All personal information was anonymized to ensure confidentiality.
