研究目的：

1.明确新定义下经HFNC治疗的ARDS人群的临床特征，筛选独立于ROX指数之外的生物学与生理学预测因子。 2.构建基于机器学习的HFNC治疗失败早期（2小时内）风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the clinical characteristics of the ARDS population treated with HFNC under the new definition and screen for biological and physiological predictors independent of the ROX index. 2. Construct a machine learning-based risk prediction model for early (within 2 hours) HFNC treatment failure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.HFNC前72小时内患者接受有创机械通气或无创机械通气；
2.HFNC开始前已拒绝气管插管或心肺复苏；
3.开始HFNC后2小时内发生气管插管或死亡；
4.关键预测变量缺失过多；
5.妊娠期或哺乳期患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who received invasive mechanical ventilation or non-invasive mechanical ventilation within 72 hours phttp://47.105.96.75:58008/jh/qa_ba.htmlrior to HFNC;
2.Patients who declined intubation or cardiopulmonary resuscitation before the initiation of HFNC;
3.Patients who underwent intubation or died within 2 hours after the initiation of HFNC;
4.excessive missing data for key predictive variables;
5.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
