数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

建立专用 Excel 数据库。采用双人核查机制，剔除逻辑错误数据。导出的数据将进行去标识化处理，数据库设置密码，仅主要研究者及指定统计人员有权访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Establish a dedicated Excel database. Double-checking mechanism will applied to eliminate logically incorrect data. The exported data will undergo de-identification processing, and the database will be password-protected, with access limited to the primary researcher and designated statistical personnel.
