研究目的：

首先，本研究旨在分析合并HT和不合并桥本甲状腺炎两组患者随访时的疗效反应差异，明确桥本甲状腺炎对分化型甲状腺癌患者预后的真实影响。其次，统计就诊于我院的病人，桥本甲状腺炎在分化型甲状腺癌患者中的发病率。  

Objectives of Study：

Firstly, this study aims to analyze the differences in therapeutic responses between the two groups of patients (those with and without Hashimoto's thyroiditis) during follow-up, and to clarify the actual impact of Hashimoto's thyroiditis on the prognosis of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer. Secondly, it aims to statistically analyze the incidence of Hashimoto's thyroiditis among patients who visited our hospital.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.甲状腺未分化癌、髓样癌等非DTC类型；
2.甲状腺单侧叶切除术；
3.合并其他恶性肿瘤史；
4.初始治疗不规范或随访资料严重缺失；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-DTC types, including anaplastic thyroid carcinoma and medullary thyroid carcinoma;
2.Thyroid Lobectomy;
3.History of other malignant tumors;
4.Non-standard initial treatment or significantly incomplete follow-up data;
