研究目的：

1.建立符合基层应用的常见眼底病多模态影像（眼底彩照 + 临床文本）标准数据库与标注体系，完善数据质量控制。 2.研发基于多模态影像与深度学习的常见眼底病智能辅助诊断模型，实现多病种一体化智能诊断。 3.在基层医疗机构开展示范应用，验证模型的准确性、实用性与临床价值，提升基层眼底病诊疗能力。

Objectives of Study：

1.To establish a standardized multi-modal imaging (fundus color photographs + clinical text) database and annotation system for common fundus diseases suitable for primary care settings, and improve data quality control. 2.To develop an intelligent auxiliary diagnosis model for common fundus diseases based on multi-modal imaging and deep learning, realizing integrated intelligent diagnosis of multiple diseases. 3.To carry out demonstration applications in primary medical institutions, verify the accuracy, practicability and clinical value of the model, and improve the diagnosis and treatment capacity of fundus diseases in primary care.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有其他眼部疾病，可能会干扰或影响常见眼底病的诊断结果。 2. 患有严重的全身性疾病，如癌症晚期、重度心血管疾病等，可能影响研究的执行或结果的解读。 3. 有过眼部手术史，特别是涉及视网膜或玻璃体的手术，可能会影响眼底图像的质量和解译。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other ocular diseases that may interfere with or affect the diagnostic results of common fundus diseases. 2. Having severe systemic diseases, such as advanced cancer and severe cardiovascular diseases, which may affect the conduct of the study or the interpretation of results. 3. With a history of ocular surgery, especially operations involving the retina or vitreous body, which may compromise the quality and interpretation of fundus images.
