研究目的：

本研究拟采用回顾性队列设计，基于术前多模态资料建立术后早期严重疼痛的风险预测模型，探究术后早期疼痛与术后POSS的相关性及POSS的风险因素，为个体化疼痛管理和康复策略提供依据，最终实现术后疗效目标从“结构愈合”到“功能恢复”的升级。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to adopt a retrospective cohort design, based on preoperative multimodal data, to establish a risk prediction model for severe pain in the early postoperative period. It aims to explore the correlation between early postoperative pain and postoperative POSS, as well as the risk factors of POSS, in order to provide a basis for individualized pain management and rehabilitation strategies, and ultimately achieve the upgrade of postoperative therapeutic goals from "structural healing" to "functional recovery".

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术后随访资料不完整； 2.术前临床或影像学资料缺失； 3.术前活动性肩关节感染或术后深部感染； 4.再撕裂的翻修手术； 5.联合复杂重建手术，如肌腱转移或移植物增强（自体移植物/同种异体移植物）； 6.需要长期药物治疗的并发自身免疫性关节炎

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete postoperative follow-up data; 2.Missing preoperative clinical or imaging data; 3.Preoperative active shoulder infection or postoperative deep infection; 4.Revision surgery for re-tear; 5.Combined complex reconstructive procedures, such as tendon transfer or graft augmentation (autograft/allograft); 6.Concurrent autoimmune arthritis requiring long-term medical therapy
