研究目的：

1. 明确糖尿病、代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病、心血管-肾脏-代谢综合征在顺德地区自然人群中的发病率和进展规律； 2. 构建多维度、多阶段的糖尿病、代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病、心血管-肾脏-代谢综合征风险预测模型； 3. 揭示糖尿病、肾病与心血管病三者间的纵向关联和交互作用； 4. 为该地区糖尿病、代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病、心血管-肾脏-代谢综合征高危人群的早筛、早诊、早治提供科学依据和人群干预策略支持。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the incidence and progression patterns of diabetes, fatty liver disease related to metabolic dysfunction, and cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome in the general population of Shunde region. 2. To develop a multi-dimensional, multi-stage risk prediction model for diabetes, fatty liver disease related to metabolic dysfunction, and cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome. 3. To elucidate the longitudinal relationships and interactions among diabetes, kidney disease, and cardiovascular diseases. 4. To provide a scientific basis and intervention strategies for early screening, diagnosis, and treatment of high-risk populations affected by diabetes, fatty liver disease related to metabolic dysfunction, and cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome in this region.
