阐明超声引导下布比卡因脂质体前路腰方肌阻滞对老年患者直接前路髋关节置换手术后疼痛和恢复质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of ultrasound-guided anterior quadratus lumborum block with liposomal bupivacaine on postoperative pain and quality of recovery in elderly patients undergoing direct anterior approach hip arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.髋部手术史; 2.局麻药过敏; 3.凝血功能异常; 4.穿刺部位附近感染; 5.阿片类药物或者酒精滥用史; 6.慢性疼痛或正在接受慢性疼痛治疗; 7.术前合并心衰、呼吸功能严重降低、严重心律失常，控制不良的高血压、糖尿病等基础疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of hip surgery; 2. Allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4.Infection near the puncture site; 5. History of opioid or alcohol abuse; 6. Chronic pain or undergoing chronic pain treatment; 7.Preoperative coexisting heart failure, severely reduced respiratory function,severe arrhythmia, poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes and other underlying diseases.
