通过对同一批次高职院校应届毕业护生从业轨迹的纵向观察研究，为高职院校护生学校教育及临床实践教育改革提供合理化建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a longitudinal observational study of the employment trajectories of a same cohort of graduating nursing students from higher vocational colleges, this research provides reasonable suggestions for the reform of school education and clinical practice education for nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
