研究目的：

主要目标：测量并评估髌骨骨折术后12个月内髌腱长度的动态演变规律 。 次要目标：（1）量化髌腱短缩量与膝关节屈曲角度（ROM）损失的相关性 ；（2）评估短缩对Lysholm及Kujala功能评分的影响 ；（3）识别导致严重短缩的危险因素（如骨折AO分型、固定方式、制动时长等） 。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To measure and evaluate the dynamic evolution of patellar tendon length within 12 months after internal fixation of patellar fractures. Secondary Objectives: (1) To quantify the correlation between the amount of patellar tendon shortening and the loss of knee flexion angle (ROM). (2) To evaluate the impact of shortening on Lysholm and Kujala functional scores. (3) To identify risk factors leading to severe shortening (e.g., AO fracture classification, fixation method, immobilization duration).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 骨折性质不符： 陈旧性骨折或病理性骨折。 2. 合并损伤： 同侧合并股骨、胫骨或交叉韧带损伤。 3. 既往病史： 患肢既往有手术史或存在严重骨性关节炎。 4. 全身性疾病干扰： 存在神经肌肉系统疾病影响功能评价。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fracture characteristics mismatch: Old fractures or pathological fractures. 2. Combined injuries: Ipsilateral combined femoral, tibial, or cruciate ligament injuries. 3. Medical history: The affected limb has a history of surgery or severe osteoarthritis. 4. Systemic disease interference: Presence of neuromuscular system diseases affecting functional evaluation.
