研究目的：

比较临床诊断为不可复性牙髓炎中伴有牙髓钙化与不伴有牙髓钙化的成熟恒牙在行部分牙髓切断术后的临床和影像学效果。次要研究目的为探究与治疗失败相关的潜在预后因素，特别是牙髓钙化、止血时间对治疗结局的预测价值，明确“止血时间”在钙化病例中的特殊指导意义。并验证部分牙髓切断术在处理伴有钙化的复杂解剖病例中的可行性与安全性，为保留此类脆弱牙齿提供循证依据  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical and radiological outcomes of mature permanent teeth with and without dental pulp calcification among patients with clinically diagnosed irreversible pulpitis after undergoing partial pulpectomy. The secondary research objective is to explore potential prognostic factors related to treatment failure, particularly the predictive value of dental pulp calcification and hemostasis time for treatment outcomes, and to clarify the special guiding significance of "hemostasis time" in cases with calcification. Additionally, to verify the feasibility and safety of partial pulpectomy in treating complex anatomical cases with calcification, and to provide evidence-based support for preserving such fragile teeth.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.电活力测试无反应。
2.去龋净后发现牙髓坏死。
3.术式为全牙髓切断术的病例。
4.术中无法止血改行根管治疗的病例；
5.因牙齿磨损、楔状缺损、牙隐裂、牙周病等原因被诊断为不可逆性牙髓炎；
6.患有中度至重度牙周炎或根分叉病变。
7.妊娠期或哺乳期患者，因身体或精神疾病无法配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The electrical vitality test showed no response.
2. After undergoing the cavity-filling treatment, it was discovered that the dental pulp had necrotized.
3. Cases where the surgical procedure was total pulp resection.
4. Cases where bleeding could not be controlled during the operation and root canal treatment had to be performed instead;
5. Diagnosed as irreversible pulpitis due to reasons such as tooth wear, wedge-shaped defects, tooth cracks, and periodontal disease.
6. Suffering from moderate to severe periodontitis or root bifurcation lesions.
7. Patients during pregnancy or lactation period who are unable to cooperate due to physical or mental disorders.

Failure is defined as: any of the above clinical symptoms or imaging abnormalities occur, or conversion to root canal treatment or extraction is required.

The research data have been de-identified and archived in the hospital's research data archive room and encrypted computer system. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

回顾性调取电子病历及影像资料。所有患牙均在橡皮障隔离及显微镜辅助下完成 PP，次氯酸钠棉球压迫止血后，使用生物陶瓷材料 IRootBP 进行盖髓，复合树脂冠部严密修复。 重点采集以下关键变量： （1）基线资料：年龄、性别、牙位。 （2）预测变量：术前有无自发痛、术中止血时间。 （3）结局变量：术后临床症状及影像学检查结果。 所有数据采集后均在CRF表中进行记录。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Retrospective retrieval of electronic medical records and imaging data was conducted. All affected teeth were treated with post-periapital (PP) procedure under rubber dam isolation and microscope assistance. After compression hemostasis with sodium hypochlorite cotton balls, the pulp was covered with bio-ceramic material IRootBP, and a composite resin crown was used for precise restoration. Key variables to be collected include:(1) Baseline data: age, gender, tooth position.(2) Predictive variables: presence of spontaneous pain before the procedure, time for hemostasis during the procedure.(3) Outcome variables: post-procedure clinical symptoms and imaging examination results.All data were recorded in the CRF form after collection.
