研究目的：

1.利用动态网络分析方法，构建肝癌术后不同时间点（术后3天、1周、1个月、3个月）的症状网络，识别核心症状及桥梁症状，比较网络结构在不同时间点的演变特征。 2.探讨肝癌术后症状网络特征对患者生活质量的影响路径与作用机制，为术后精准症状管理及康复护理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Utilizing dynamic network analysis methods to construct symptom networks at different time points following hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) surgery (postoperative day 3, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months), identify core symptoms and bridge symptoms, and compare the evolutionary characteristics of network structures across these time points. 2. Explore the impact pathways and mechanisms of postoperative symptom network characteristics on patients' quality of life, providing scientific evidence for precise postoperative symptom management and rehabilitation nursing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有如心、脑等其它重大器质性疾病或其他恶性肿瘤病史的患者； 2.既往患有精神病史、严重认知障碍及精神疾病； 3.术后转ICU超过3天、病情危重或临终状态； 4.正参加其他临床试验，可能影响症状判断。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with comorbid major organic diseases (e.g., cardiac, cerebral, or other vital organ involvement) or previous history of other malignant tumors;
2.Patients with documented psychiatric disorders, severe cognitive dysfunction, or mental illness;
3.Patients requiring ICU admission exceeding 3 days following surgery, or those in critical or terminal condition;
4.Patients concurrently enrolled in other interventional studies that may confound symptom evaluation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）对资料收集者进行培训，收集问卷数据，记录患者的基本信息、临床资料及症状评估数据于病例记录表上，作为原始资料进行存档； （2）实现数据双录入、逻辑校验，及时处理缺失值、数据备份等，严格执行质量控制及安全管理规定，确保数据的准确性、完整性与安全性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Data Collection: Research personnel will receive standardized training prior to data collection. Questionnaire data will be collected and patients' baseline characteristics, clinical information, and symptom assessment data will be recorded on Case Report Forms (CRFs) as source documentation for storage; (2) Data Management: Double data entry, automated logic checks, prompt resolution of missing data, and regular data backup will be performed. Rigorous quality control and security management procedures will be implemented to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all data.
