研究目的：

1前瞻性临床试验比较分析125I粒子精准植入结合减压内固定术组（试验组）与减压内固定术结合术后放疗组（对照组）患者的疗效差异； 2 明确影响125I粒子精准植入结合减压内固定术治疗MESCC患者术后生存与功能预后的风险因素； 3 进一步探索并初步规范化3D打印个体化模板引导125I粒子永久植入治疗MESCC的适应证、最佳处方剂量和最优植入计划。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of surgical decompression and spine stabilization combined with permanent 125I brachytherapy seed implantation supplemented with three-dimensional printing technology in the treatment of patients with metastatic epidural spinal cord compression (MESCC).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、髓内转移；2、术前手术或者放疗；3、下肢病理性骨折；4、不能耐受手术；5、失访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) intradural metastases;
(2) lesions were previously treated by surgery or radiotherapy;
(3) pathological fracture in the lower limbs;
(4) health too poor to undergo surgery;
(5) lost to follow-up.
