研究目的:

本研究基于18F-FDG PET脑代谢数据,比较神经退行性疾病组与正常对照组之间的脑代谢网络差异,探索其在疾病鉴别诊断中的潜在价值;对于同时具备18F-DOPA PET 检查的受试者,定量分析多巴胺能相关脑区的标准摄取值比(SUVR),并探究其与脑代谢网络指标之间的关联,为理解神经退行性疾病神经递质功能异常与脑代谢网络差异的机制提供影像学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is based on 18F-FDG PET brain metabolic data to compare differences in brain metabolic networks between patients with neurodegenerative diseases and normal controls, and to explore their potential value in the differential diagnosis of these disorders. For subjects who also underwent 18F-DOPA PET, standardized uptake value ratios (SUVRs) of dopamine-related brain regions were quantitatively analyzed, and their associations with brain metabolic network indices were further investigated. These analyses may provide imaging evidence for understanding the mechanisms underlying neurotransmitter dysfunction and alterations in brain metabolic networks in neurodegenerative diseases.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 合并其他可能显著影响脑代谢的疾病:活动性中枢神经系统感染、明显脑卒中后遗症、脑肿瘤、重度颅脑外伤后遗症等; 2. CT 显示明显结构异常且可能严重干扰代谢分析(如大面积梗死、占位、出血等); 3. PET 图像有明显伪影(如明显头动、重建失败等)。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Subjects with other conditions that might significantly affect brain metabolism were excluded, including active central nervous system infection, significant sequelae of stroke, brain tumors, severe sequelae of traumatic brain injury; 2. CT shows obvious structural abnormalities that may severely interfere with metabolic analysis (such as large-area infarction, mass effect, hemorrhage, etc.); 3. PET images have obvious artifacts (such as significant head movement, reconstruction failure, etc.).

本研究为回顾性研究,数据来源于本院病历系统、影像系统及相关数据库。采集内容包括受试者基本临床信息、诊断资料及PET影像数据。所有数据在收集后均进行去标识化处理,以编码形式录入研究数据库,由研究人员专人管理。电子数据存储于加密设备中,仅授权研究成员可访问,并定期进行核查,以保证数据准确、完整和安全。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study is a retrospective study, and the data were obtained from the hospital medical record system, imaging system, and related databases. The collected data include subjects’ basic clinical information, diagnostic information, and PET imaging data. All data were de-identified after collection and entered into the research database in coded form, with access managed by designated research personnel. Electronic data were stored on encrypted devices and were accessible only to authorized study members. Regular data verification was performed to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of the data.
