研究目的：

1 本项目拟开展气管气管切开神经重症患者预后相关因素研究 2 通过分析，明确影响气管切开神经重症患者预后相关因素研究，支撑未来开展随机对照试验与流程改进，以期提升气管切开神经重症患者的远期结局。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This project aims to conduct a study on prognostic factors in patients with neurocritical illness who require tracheal intubation and tracheostomy. 2. Through analysis, this study will identify prognostic factors affecting outcomes in such patients, thereby supporting the future conduct of randomized controlled trials and process improvement initiatives, with the goal of enhancing their long-term outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重的冠心病、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤； 2.发病至康复中心时间间隔大于3月； 3.临床资料不完整； 4.非颅脑疾病所致气管切开，如周围神经病、脊髓疾病、原发心肺疾病等所致呼吸困难。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined severe coronary heart disease, liver, kidney diseases, and malignant tumors; 2. The time interval from onset to the rehabilitation center is greater than 3 months; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Tracheotomy not caused by cranial and brain diseases, such as respiratory difficulties caused by peripheral neuropathy, spinal diseases, or primary heart and lung diseases.
