研究目的：

通过客观体质测试和标准化心理实验任务，系统调查3-6岁幼儿的身体活动水平与执行功能发展现状，揭示两者之间的内在关联，为理解幼儿“身体-认知”协同发展规律提供实证基础。 从“身体-认知”协同发展的视角，丰富对幼儿发展规律的理论阐释，深化幼儿发展理论的认识。 为幼儿园及家庭设计科学、有效的身体活动干预方案提供精准实证支持，助力幼儿认知健康发展，提升幼儿综合素质。 通过研究成果，为“健康中国2030”战略中提升儿童青少年身心健康水平的目标提供实践支撑，促进幼儿教育与国家战略的深度融合。  

Objectives of Study：

Through objective physical fitness tests and standardized psychological experimental tasks, this study systematically investigates the current status of physical activity levels and executive function development in children aged 3–6 years, reveals the intrinsic relationship between the two, and provides an empirical basis for understanding the synergistic "body-cognition" development patterns in young children. From the perspective of "body-cognition" synergistic development, it enriches the theoretical interpretation of early childhood development patterns and deepens the understanding of developmental theories in young children. It offers precise empirical support for the design of scientific and effective physical activity intervention programs for kindergartens and families, thereby promoting healthy cognitive development and enhancing the overall quality of young children. Furthermore, the research outcomes provide practical support for the goal of improving the physical and mental health of children and adolescents under the "Healthy China 2030" strategy, facilitating the deep integration of early childhood education with national strategic priorities.
