研究目的：

1. 构建并验证用于术前预测人工关节置换术后假体周围感染风险的模型。 2. 评估术前炎症与营养-免疫状态对PJI（假体周围感染）发生的影响，为早期识别高危患者及个体化干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct and validate a model for preoperative prediction of the risk of periprosthetic infection after artificial joint replacement. 2. To evaluate the impact of preoperative inflammation and nutrition-immune status on the occurrence of PJI (periprosthetic infection), and to provide a basis for the early identification of high-risk patients and individualized intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 翻修手术或肿瘤性疾病导致的关节置换。 2. 术前已存在活动性感染或慢性炎症性疾病急性发作（如活动期类风湿关节炎、痛风急性发作）。 3. 临床资料严重缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Joint replacement caused by revision surgery or tumor diseases. 2. There was already an active infection or acute attack of chronic inflammatory disease before the operation (such as active rheumatoid arthritis, acute attack of gout). 3. There is a serious lack of clinical data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质病例报告表（CRF） 收集原始数据，内容包括患者基线资料、术前血液检测结果、手术信息及随访结局（PJI发生情况、SRSS评分等）。CRF由研究者或其授权人员填写，完成后由专人进行核对与质控。 数据录入采用双人双录入方式，录入至电子表格（如Microsoft Excel）或统计软件（如SPSS、R）建立的数据库中。录入完成后进行数据一致性核对，发现差异及时查阅原始CRF更正。 不采用ResMan等网络电子数据采集系统（EDC）。数据文件加密保存于医院指定安全服务器，仅研究团队可访问，符合保密要求。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, paper case report forms (CRF) were used to collect the original data, which included the baseline information of patients, preoperative blood test results, surgical information and follow-up outcomes (such as the occurrence of PJI and SRSS scores). The CRF is filled out by the researcher or their authorized personnel, and after completion, it is checked and quality controlled by a dedicated person. Data entry is conducted using a double-person double-entry method, and the data is entered into the database established by electronic spreadsheets (such as Microsoft Excel) or statistical software (such as SPSS, R). After the data is entered, check the consistency of the data. If any differences are found, promptly refer to the original CRF for correction. Do not adopt network electronic data acquisition systems (EDC) such as ResMan. The data files are encrypted and stored on the designated secure server of the hospital, accessible only to the research team, in compliance with confidentiality requirements.
