研究目的：

结合高原重大心肺疾病的关键发病机制和易感因素，研发智能评分系统、可穿戴设备、分子检测和便携式智能超声设备等 POCT 工具，实现疾病的现场快速筛查。编制高原重大心肺疾病临床救治专家共识，针对不同级别医疗机构制定差异化的救治策略和标准操作流程（SOP）。建立 7×24 小时实时响应的高原重大心肺疾病易感人群远程诊疗系统。构建一套覆盖“进入前风险评估-高原期动态适应－返回后恢复监测 ”的全周期数字健康与智慧管理体系，提升高原地区重大心肺疾病的整体防控能力。  

Objectives of Study：

Combining the key pathogenesis mechanisms and susceptibility factors of major cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases on the plateau, develop POCT tools such as intelligent scoring systems, wearable devices, molecular testing, and portable smart ultrasound devices to achieve rapid on-site disease screening. Prepare expert consensus on the clinical treatment of major cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases on the plateau, and formulate differentiated treatment strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medical institutions at different levels. Establish a 24/7 real-time remote diagnosis and treatment system for populations susceptible to major cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases on the plateau. Build a full-cycle digital health and smart management system covering 'pre-entry risk assessment—dynamic adaptation during plateau stay—post-return recovery monitoring' to enhance the overall prevention and control capacity for major cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases in plateau areas.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合完成研究流程者； 2. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女（因部分检查可能存在风险）； 3. 患有晚期恶性肿瘤或其他终末期疾病，预期寿命小于1年者； 4. 研究者判断不适合参与本研究的其他情况（如长期酗酒、吸毒等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe mental illnesses or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate with the research process; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women (due to potential risks of certain examinations); 3. Patients with advanced malignant tumors or other end-stage diseases with an expected survival of less than 1 year; 4. Other situations deemed by the researcher as unsuitable for participation in this study (such as long-term alcoholism, drug abuse, etc.).
